Welcome to FastPrep. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FastPrep LLC ("FastPrep," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of fastprep.io and the websites, applications, interview-practice tools, job-tracking tools, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services:
Paid subscription prices, taxes, and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month, and annual subscriptions automatically renew each year, until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize FastPrep and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the initial purchase and each renewal.
You may cancel through Dashboard > Billing > Manage Your Plan. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We may change subscription prices, but will provide advance notice of material changes as required by applicable law.
A full refund of the initial subscription charge is available when we receive a request within 7 calendar days after an initial monthly charge or within 30 calendar days after an initial annual charge. Eligibility during these windows is based on the request date, not usage.
Cancellation or downgrade does not automatically request a refund. Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains eligibility and how to submit a request and is incorporated into these Terms.
The content on the Services, including text, graphics, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our express written permission.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials included in the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPrep will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
