This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid FastPrep subscriptions purchased directly from FastPrep. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month, and annual subscriptions automatically renew each year, until canceled. The price and billing frequency shown at checkout apply to the initial charge. We will provide notice of material price changes as required by applicable law.
You may cancel at any time through Dashboard > Billing > Manage Your Plan. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling or downgrading does not automatically submit a refund request.
We provide a full refund of the initial subscription charge when we receive a request within the applicable window:
Eligibility during these windows is based on when we receive the request, not how much the service was used. Lack of use does not extend a refund window after it expires.
Subscription renewal charges are not eligible for a refund, and we do not provide prorated refunds for a partially used billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unauthorized charges, and material service failures are reviewed separately. Contact us promptly so we can investigate the charge or service issue.
Email hello@fastprep.io from the email address associated with your FastPrep account. Include the account email and the date of the charge. We may request additional information needed to locate and verify the payment.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Paid access may end when the refund is issued.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right provided by applicable law. Where applicable law requires a different result, that law controls.
