The OA had three progressive parts:

1. Parse one to ten dated network CSV files. Header order could vary.
2. Filter invalid records.
3. Apply later withdrawal records.

Output used a network-plus-transaction key and included merchant, formatted amount and currency, and an evidence deadline. Results were sorted by the combined key.

EUR, USD, SGD, and BRL used a minor-unit scale of 100. JPY, ISK, and KRW used a scale of 1, but every amount still displayed two decimals.

A valid later withdrawal removed an earlier matching dispute. An earlier, invalid, or unmatched withdrawal did not suppress a later normal record.
