Stripe Internship Weighted Accept-Language Screen

The screen used four progressive Accept-Language phases:

1. Match exact client tags against supported server tags.
2. Let a generic client language match regional variants.
3. Expand a wildcard into remaining supported languages.
4. Sort matches by descending weight while keeping the earlier behavior working.

Missing weights defaulted to 1, and weighted and unweighted entries could appear together. The source did not preserve weight syntax, case handling, tie-breaking, or zero-weight behavior.
