The OA processed ordered CREATE, FINALIZE, and PAY lines and returned the total unpaid USD amount in cents.

Created and finalized invoices counted toward the total. Paid invoices did not. Finalization and payment were permanent transitions, and payment required finalization.

The candidate's examples showed 800 for created-only invoices and 600 after finalization. A paid-zero example was not visible in this report.
