Reported technical task

The technical round asked the candidate to assign beams from satellites to users while satisfying all of the following conditions:

• A user must be visible from the selected satellite.
• Each satellite has a limited user capacity.
• Beams use one of four frequency colors.
• Beams using the same color must remain sufficiently separated.
• The assignment must reach a required minimum coverage level.
