Role: Full-Time Engineering Role — exact title not disclosed
Result: No offer
Report time: January 2026

Interview process and wait

1. The candidate completed the full interview cycle.
2. The initial screening round did not feel especially strong, but the candidate was still invited onsite.
3. The onsite interviews appeared to go reasonably well.
4. More than three weeks passed with very little communication despite multiple follow-ups.
5. A call was eventually scheduled but did not take place.
6. During the wait, the candidate also held a verbal offer from another company and considered whether to disclose it.

A later update said the decision arrived after roughly three to four weeks. Recruiter feedback described the result as a close call but not a unanimous recommendation to hire, so the candidate did not receive an offer.

The source does not disclose the exact role, technical questions, onsite schedule, or total duration from application to the final decision.
