Scale AI New Grad SWE Interview Process

The process started with a HackerRank, followed by a video interview and several virtual onsite rounds.

The OA was the hardest part. The later interviews felt easier and were finished in a shorter time than many other company processes.

The technical rounds included coding and system design. The coding questions used common algorithm ideas, but they were presented as more practical problems. The exact questions weren’t shared.

The recruiters were helpful throughout the process. They received an offer and turned it down.
