The questions were different from a typical New Grad LeetCode-heavy loop. Only one round relied heavily on standard algorithm skills.

Most technical rounds focused on practical implementation. A large amount of simple code had to be written quickly, followed by a more difficult hands-on exercise and a system design question.

The main preparation takeaway was to practice turning long requirements into working code under time pressure instead of focusing only on algorithm tricks.
