Scale AI New Grad SWE Card Game and Virtual Onsite

The phone screen used Best Poker Category with a Joker, a 52-card game with rules around a straight flush, a straight, and four of a kind. The code had to run, and time was tight.

The virtual onsite was planned as five rounds over two days, with day two depending on the first day. The first day included Credo questions about teamwork, time management, and past projects. There was also an array-rotation coding task and Repair Contractor Project Assignment, a debugging round with around ten Python files and CSV data about contractors, courses, and which projects they could work on.
