Interview experiences work because candidates trust what they read here. Five rules keep it that way.
Own your experience
Share interviews you actually went through, as they happened. First-hand accounts are what make the feed worth reading — secondhand rumors, speculation, and copied content don't belong here.
No confidential information
Don't post anything you agreed to keep confidential — NDA-covered materials, internal documents, compensation details you were asked not to share, or verbatim proprietary content. Describing questions and interview stages in your own words is fine.
No harassment
Keep it about the process, not the people. Don't name, disparage, or try to identify individual interviewers, recruiters, or other candidates. Criticism of a company's process is welcome; personal attacks are not.
No personal information
Don't include emails, phone numbers, employee names, candidate IDs, or anything that could identify you or someone else. FastPrep automatically scrubs common patterns, but the responsibility starts with what you write.
Your community identity
Posts and comments use the display name you choose in your FastPrep profile. Your email and account ID are never shown. Email-verified badges can confirm that an event happened (company, stage, date), but the supporting evidence is never shown to readers.
