The candidate compared it to Amazon-style personality assessments, asking which statements were more or most like the candidate.

Candidate's approach

• For clearly positive behaviors, choose the strongest positive option rather than a weaker ambiguous option.
• For clearly negative conduct—such as tolerating or ignoring illegal coworker behavior—choose the strongest disagreement.
• Keep answers consistent when similar ideas appear in multiple questions.
