Role: Software Engineer, New Grad / Early Career
Result: Coding round awaiting reschedule
Report time: January 2026
Application: Applied online
The interviewer was friendly and communicated clearly. Every main question included follow-ups, especially asking why the candidate's action was necessary and what they would do differently in hindsight.
Behavioral questions
- Describe a time you learned something and changed how you worked.
- Describe a time you faced an overwhelming workload. What factors created that situation?
- Describe a time you introduced something new to your team.
- Tell me about a time you went beyond expectations.
- What does workplace inclusion mean to you? Give an example of supporting inclusion at work.
The candidate had applied online without recruiter outreach or a referral. At the time of the follow-up comments, two scheduled coding interviewers had failed to appear, and the coding round was still being rescheduled.
